If you're a midlife woman longing for more space to reconnect with yourself through embodiment, compassion, and time in nature, the Wild & Worthy Adventure Retreat may be exactly what this season is asking for.
A unique, 3-night, May Long Weekend lakeside adventure experience designed to support healing and reconnection in a way that is intentional, embodied, and deeply supportive — while also joyful, playful, and alive.
And over time, even the most capable, self-aware women can feel quietly tired — not because anything is wrong, but because their nervous systems have been holding more than they were meant to hold alone.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many thoughtful, capable women who are deeply committed to growth, healing, and caring for others.
Again and again,
I’ve seen the same pattern:
Not a lack of insight. Not a lack of strength. But a lack of space.
Space to listen to the body. Space to understand their true capacity.
Space to release accumulated tension. Space to reconnect with your embodied truth.
Wild & Worthy was created as a retreat that blends:
Because healing and restoration don't happen through pushing. They happen through support, safety, and reconnection.

"Where Carla differs — she instantly created a deep connection and a sisterhood with the other participants.
After working with Carla, my whole life changed. And it's because I didn't have to be somebody else. I didn’t have to put a face on and pretend everything was okay. "

Still have questions? I’d love to connect.
Women who deserve a little space.
A little wildness.
And a little time to remember who they are.
If you've been here before — or joined one of my retreats,
you already know.
As a Somatic Coach, avid backpacker, stand-up paddleboarder, mountain biker, and lifelong lover of the outdoors, I deeply value time in nature. Especially now, when so many of our days are filled with screens, noise, and constant doing.
Nature has always been a powerful equalizer and co-regulator for me. The rhythms of the water and the land, the fractals, the quiet intelligence of the natural world — it has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that my relationship with nature has saved me more than once.
In my work, I bring my superpowers of compassion, acceptance, and hope. I hold space for women to exhale, soften, and reconnect with themselves — often in ways they didn’t even realize they needed.
Because most of the time, transformation doesn’t happen through pushing harder.
It happens when we finally feel safe enough to be seen exactly as we are.
And when we do that together — with intention, with support, and with the medicine of nature all around us — something powerful begins to shift.
It’s my deep honour to create these experiences for powerful women who are often carrying a lot… women who give so much of themselves to their families, their work, and the people they love.
Big hugs, I hope you'll join us.

Hi friend, I'm Carla and I've been hosting retreats in the Okanagan since 2019.
I've welcomed women from across Canada and some from the US to this beautiful region — every single one walks away with Okanagan magic in their hearts.
