A small, intimate retreat — limited spaces

Reserve Your Spot

What if the life you're craving isn't something you have to chase....but something you can consciously create?

Introducing:

Reserve Your SPot

A 3-day, 3-night, all-inclusive, transformational retreat designed to help women in midlife move from insight into clarity, confidence and aligned action —
in a way that feels grounded, spacious, and true to you.

Not forcing. Not pushing. Not "fixing" yourself.
But listening. Clarifying. Creating from within.

Conscious Creation

You're living a full life.
You care deeply. You give generously. You carry a lot.

An Okanagan Weekend Retreat Experience

And something in you is quietly longing for more...
More clarity.  More alignment.  More aliveness.

Thursday to Sunday:
Aug 27-30   OR   Sept 10-13
Intentionally limited to just 6 women per retreat.
Tell me if this feels familiar?
  • You’ve done deep inner work… but still feel unclear about what’s next
  • You have desires stirring inside you, but you're not quite sure how to bring them to life
  • You find yourself overthinking instead of moving forward
  • You've gathered plenty of information... but you're longing for deeper knowing
  • You want to create something meaningful, but without burning yourself out
  • You sense there’s more available to you… but don’t fully trust it yet

Not to become someone new —
but to create from who you truly are.

You might be feeling:

I know how frustrating this is because I’ve been there, too.

  • Ready for a chapter that feels more aligned—but unsure what it looks like
  • Pulled between responsibilities and desires
  • Aware that you've outgrown parts of your life, but uncertain what comes next
  • Curious about who you're becoming in this season
  • Ready to explore possibility with compassion instead of pressure
  • Longing for spaciousness to hear your own wisdom again

You don’t need to figure it out alone.
You just need the right container to support you.

Again and again, I've noticed the same thing:

Their desires get buried beneath responsibilities.
Their dreams get postponed until "someday."
Their wisdom gets drowned out by noise.

Women don't struggle because they lack power or potential.

They struggle because life becomes so full that they lose touch with their own voice.

Because healing and creation don't happen through pushing. They happen through support, safety, and reconnection.

Conscious Creation was built to create the space to hear yourself again through

Over the years, I’ve worked with many thoughtful, capable women who are deeply committed to growth, healing, and caring for others.

  • Nervous system regulation (so you’re not creating from stress)
  • Clarity practices (values, desires, truth)
  • Embodied exploration (movement, nature, creativity)
  • Gentle forward momentum (aligned action, not pressure)
  • Compassionate, curious, supportive community

And that's why I created

Conscious Creation Retreats

What do I mean by Conscious Creation?

The question is:
Are we creating by default...
or by design?

Conscious Creation isn't about vision boards, manifestation hacks, or forcing outcomes.

It's about becoming more intentional
about the life you're creating.

It's about:

  • noticing what matters most
  • listening to your desires
  • understanding the stories and patterns that keep you stuck
  • creating from alignment instead of obligation
  • taking gentle, meaningful action toward what feels true

Because whether we realize it or not,
we're always creating something.

This Retreat Might Be For You If...

  • You've spent years caring for everyone else and are ready to listen to yourself again.
  • You're standing at the edge of a new chapter but aren't sure what comes next.
  • You want clarity without pressure.
  • You're craving meaningful conversations and authentic connection.
  • You're ready to stop postponing what matters most.
  • You're curious about what becomes possible when you create from alignment instead of obligation.

Meet your Okanagan Retreat Host:

Meet your Okanagan Retreat Host:
Somatic Coach Carla Dawes

Hi friend, I'm Carla and I've been hosting retreats in the Okanagan since 2019.

I've welcomed women from across Canada and some from the US to this beautiful region — every single one walks away with Okanagan magic in their hearts.

If you've been here before — or joined one of my retreats,
you already know.

As a Somatic Coach, avid backpacker, stand-up paddleboarder, mountain biker, and lifelong lover of the outdoors, I deeply value time in nature. Especially now, when so many of our days are filled with screens, noise, and constant doing.

Nature has always been a powerful equalizer and co-regulator for me. The rhythms of the water and the land, the fractals, the quiet intelligence of the natural world — it has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that my relationship with nature has saved me more than once.

In my work, I bring my superpowers of compassion, acceptance, and hope. I hold space for women to exhale, soften, and reconnect with themselves — often in ways they didn’t even realize they needed.

Because most of the time, transformation doesn’t happen through pushing harder.

It happens when we finally feel safe enough to be seen exactly as we are.

And when we do that together — with intention, with support, and with the medicine of nature all around us — something powerful begins to shift.

Big hugs, I hope you'll join us.

It’s my deep honour to create these experiences for powerful women who are often carrying a lot… women who give so much of themselves to their families, their work, and the people they love.

Big hugs, I hope you'll join us.
